– Expected Delivery Time

As we produced each piece uniquely to your requirements, our delivery are as such :

Monday – Friday, before 6pm Delivery estimate of 18-21 working days commences on the same working day the order is made. #Your order will arrive between Monday – Friday.
Monday – Friday, after 6pm Delivery lead-time of 18-21 working days commences on the next working day from when the order is made.
Saturday and Sunday Delivery estimate of 10-14 working days commences on the next working day from when the order is made.

Do you ship internationally ?

Currently, we only ship to selected countries.

If you are unable to find your country from the available list, it sadly means that we are unable to ship to your location at the moment. New countries will be added progressively so do check back again soon.

Hassle-Free Size Exchange / Return!

At Uniformonline, your satisfaction is always guaranteed! That is why we allow our customers to do Size Exchange* and Returns!

(*size exchange is limited to 1 time for the same item. There will be no exchange to a different item.)

Qualifying conditions*:

1) Unwashed, 2) Secured tags & packaging intact, 3) Unaltered, 4) Undamaged

(*Uniformonline reserved the right to refuse your size exchange or return if your item do not meet the above conditions)

Please note that postage fees for mailing back the item(s) will be at customer’s own costs and all items have to be mailed back within 10 days from the date of purchase.

What is the procedure for Exchange / Return?

1. Return

You can email us at your order ID and Item and follow the instruction for the return accordingly.

Kindly note that merchandise refund will be in the form of credit voucher with 30-days validity (from the day you receive the credit voucher), non-extendable. The credit voucher can be used for any item in our online store.

The process will take about 10 working days from the day you mail out the parcel. Upon receiving and checking the item(s) received are in good conditions, your credit voucher will be sent to you via a system generated email. You can also view your credit voucher under ‘My Voucher’ in your account.

Please note that there is no cash refunds for Returns.

2. Exchange

Email us at within 7 days of purchase, with a subject header “Exchange Request – ” and providing the following information:

(i) Order ID

(ii) Return – Item Name, Reference number, Size & Colour

(iii) Exchange to – Item Name, Reference number, Size & Colour

Upon receiving your email, our friendly Customer Service will check the stock availability and reply accordingly within 3 working days.
